Discountter — Website
The public site for Discounter — one half sells the app to shoppers, the other recruits Jordanian vendors onto the platform.
Discounter aggregates real discounts from local Jordanian stores into one app while keeping each store's own brand identity intact. The website has to carry two audiences at the same time: shoppers who need to understand the app and download it, and vendors who need the commercial terms, the integration options, and a way to sign up.
The Challenge
Two audiences with opposite questions, arriving on the same page, in two languages.
- A shopper wants to know what the app is and where to get it; a vendor wants commission, integration and reach
- Bilingual English and Arabic throughout, for a market that reads both
- Explain a four-party order lifecycle — discover, checkout, vendor confirmation, delivery — without a wall of text
- Make the partnership offer concrete enough to act on, without overpromising
The Solution
Two clearly separated tracks on one page, each ending in exactly one call to action.
- A shopper track — what it is, how it works, download — and a partner track — benefits, integration, tiers, registration
- A four-step “how it works” strip that makes the order lifecycle legible at a glance
- Three visibility tiers (Foundation, Gold, Diamond) laid out as a comparable set rather than prose
- Vendor integration presented as three concrete paths: API, Excel upload, or the partner dashboard
- A flat 12% commission with no first-year fees, stated plainly instead of buried in a pricing table
- A validated partnership registration form as the single vendor conversion point
- App Store and Google Play links as the single shopper conversion point
Dual Platform Ecosystem
The same platform, two audiences: this site sells the app to shoppers and brings Jordanian vendors onto the platform, while the Discounter app handles browsing, checkout, and rewards.
